POSITION SUMMARY(岗位概述):
以公司战略和政策为指导,在所负责市场开发与管理旅行社分销渠道,通过分销渠道向消费者推广皇家加勒比旗下的三大主要品牌:皇家加勒比国际, 精致及精钻游轮的度假产品;
With the guidance of company strategy and policies, develop and manage the distribution channels of travel agents in the designated territory; maximize opportunities of selling cruise products of Royal Caribbean Intl’ and Celebrity Cruises to end consumers through distribution channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(职能描述):
1.根据公司战略,制定所负责市场的渠道开发其计划,以完成给定的短期和长期的业务开发指标;
With the guidance of company strategy, develop channel business plan for the assigned territory and reach assigned targets of both short term and long term;
2.维护和管理已有旅行社客户的关系;
Maintain and manage good relationship with travel agents;
3.定期对旅行社及其门店与同行进行产品知识培训及更新;
Conduct regular sales call to travel agents and the outlets and deliver product knowledge training and information update if any;
4.组织与发动旅行社完成给定航次的订舱,付款和销售任务。
Follow up and follow through on travel agents’ reservation, payment and any sales targets assigned to the distributors.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES(财务职能):
? 控制并管理销售及市场支持经费;
Manage budget expectations for the territory and Cost control for marketing department

QUALIFICATIONS( 岗位资质):
? 四年全日制大学本科毕业,英语6级
Education: Bachelor degree (B. S.) or (B. A.) from four-year full time university with CET-6 certificate
? 至少有5年对外销售经验 (BDM);
At least 5 years of outside Sales experience required;
Previous sales experience of travel agent, airlines, hotel or channel distribution preferred;
