1、Assist with heavypackages, coats, suitcase, etc.? beingalert to give assistance courteously and quickly, before having to be asked.
及时有礼貌地迅速地在客人请求之前, 协助其搬运重量包裹,外衣,手提箱等等。
2、Maintain awillingness to please attitude and give undivided attention to any approachingguest.
积极主动地接近客人以及为客人提供帮助。
3、Adhere to guestchecking in and checking out procedures pertaining to baggage handling.
遵守客人登记入住和退房程序。
4、Welcome guests atthe main entrance, offering the greeting appropriate to the time of day takingparticular note of repeat guests and Priority Club members.
在主要入口处迎接客人并向客人问好, 在适当的时候记录回头客人和贵宾。
5、Assist arriving anddeparting guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors.
协助抵达客人和离店客人开或关车门。
