§ 确保管家团队的所有服务标准都遵循运营手册。Ensures Butler service standards are in accordance with the Operations Manual.§ 确保客人信息的历史记录得到精确的维护,包括客人投诉和事故报告。Ensures that Guest Profile records are accurately maintained, including recording of all guest complaints and incidents.§ 礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部的投诉和询问,确保问题得到圆满解决;并将客人投诉立即汇报至管家团队经理或助理经理。Handles all guest and internal guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. Reports guest complaints to Butler Manager, Assistant Manager Butler and/or Front Office Manager immediately.§ 确保留存所有与酒店、公司、地方法规相关的财务记录;遵循财务记账,资金处理的规定;及时准确的汇报财务信息。Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to money handling and licensing are adhered to.§ 检查每日预抵客人的房间内是否放置欢迎赠品,并确保复核客人的详细资料,确保客房内的一切
